Abstract

Scientific exploration activities are one of the crucial activities in the preschool education program. The effectiveness of this activity is influenced by various factors, especially capacity of preschool teachers. To meet the requirements and objectives of the preschool education program, teachers need to be regularly and promptly developed. In this article, based on proposing several measures, we aim to evaluate the effectiveness of these measures. The primary method used in the study are the qualitative and quantitative research method. The research results show that the application of experimental measures has significantly improved the organizational skills of teachers. After experiment, the number of teachers achieving good and very good levels in various skill components increased significantly. Additionally, the difference in teachers' skill levels before and after the experiment is statistically significant. This indicates that the proposed measures are feasible and effective. The application of these measures can enhance the ability to organize scientific exploration activities of teachers in preschools in ethnic minority areas.
