Abstract
Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy plays an important role, becoming the foundation for building educational guidelines and policies of our Party and country, serving as a "guideline" to orient Vietnam’s education innovation nowadays. By using the dialectical materialism method and the methods of abstraction, analysis, synthesis, historical logic, induction and deduction, the article clarifies the values of Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy for the education and training innovation in Vietnam today. The article has systematically researched the content of Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy, researched and analyzed the current state of education and training in Vietnam, and clarified some values from Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy for the fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in Vietnam today.
