OVERVIEW OF RESEARCH IN MATH TEACHING ASSOCIATED WITH REAL CONTEXT

Abstract
The paper presents an overview of research directions on teaching mathematics in real contexts around the world, Vietnam and Lao People's Democratic Republic. The authors used theoretical research methods to review and analyze studies on context, real context, teaching in real context and teaching mathematics associated with real context in the world, in Vietnam and in Lao People's Democratic Republic. This study clarifies the research overview research on teaching connected to real - context in teaching mathematics: What research has been done on teaching mathematics connected to real - context? The results of these researches? What issues can be further researched? The overall research results show that there has been no research on teaching based on real-context in teaching Algebra 10 in Lao People's Democratic Republic and this direction will bring us many new result in the future.
