Abstract
This study is about how to improve teaching methods so that primary school students can learn how to communicate and work together within the framework of digital competence. The goal is to meet the needs of education in a world that is becoming more digital. Using secondary document analysis and content analysis, the study synthesized and evaluated 27 sources from domestic and international organizations and individuals for digital competence, particularly communication and collaboration skills in digital environments. The study found important sub-competencies in the area of communication and collaboration. It also suggested a way to make better teaching activities, using "Group Meetings on Google Meet" as an example, to help primary school students develop these skills. The study also emphasizes the guiding significance for teachers in applying enhanced teaching methods, helping students develop digital competence effectively and sustainably. These findings not only strengthen the theoretical foundation of digital competence education but also provide practical solutions to improve the quality of primary education in the digital age while opening new research and application directions for primary school teachers in the future.
