Abstract

In the context of integration and digital transformation, researching the development of digital competency for teachers at ethnic boarding high schools in Dien Bien province is essential to improve teaching quality and educational management. The aim of the study is to identify factors influencing digital competency and propose measures for its development. The research method combines theoretical and practical studies, gathering and analyzing data from surveys conducted with teachers through reports and questionnaires. The results show that teachers' digital competencies are currently limited, particularly in applying technology for data management, teaching organization, and assessment. The study also proposes solutions such as organizing digital skills training courses, enhancing information technology infrastructure, and improving the digital learning environment at schools. In conclusion, developing digital competencies for teachers is crucial to meet the demands of educational innovation in the context of digitalization, and the proposed solutions will contribute to enhancing teaching quality at ethnic boarding high schools in Dien Bien province.
