STUDY TO CHOOSE PHYSICAL GAMES TO DEVELOPE HEALTH OF STUDENTS AT THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY – THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Using the common scientific methods in studying sports, the study evaluates the actual use of physical games in teaching of teachers and health of students at Thai Nguyen University of Technology – Thai Nguyen University to build the foundation for choosing physical games suitable for developing health of students. Using physical games in teaching shows that the lessons are more interesting and students are more studious and student’s health is better improved.
