THE ROLE OF THE POLITICAL SYSTEM IN EXERCISING PEOPLE'S MASTERY IN DISTRICT 1, HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

That attaching special importance to democracy and constantly promoting people's mastery is a major, long-term and important policy of our Communist Party and State because democracy is not only the target and the motivity but also the nature of the politic regime of our country. Under current conditions, in order to promote the people's mastery, at first, political system at all levels has to promote the role to encourage and create favorable conditions for people to understand and enhance the role of being a master and doing what a master need to do.
