APPLYING HO CHI MINH'S VIEWS ABOUT THE ART OF CREATING FORCE AND ESTABLISHING POSITIONS IN MAINTAINING SOCIAL ORDER AND SECURITY

Abstract

Under the condition that a backward agricultural country struggling against the aggression of countries having highly developed, advanced technology and the army equipped with modern equipment such as France and the United States, Vietnamese military men had to deal with the “problem” about the force disparity. Ho Chi Minh - a great military strategist - has changed the balance between the enemy and us with inheriting and bringing the Vietnamese military art to new height. Among them, the art of creating forces and establishing positions has contributed to bring the Vietnamese revolution to victory. Today, Ho Chi Minh's views about the art of creating force and establishing positions is still important and should be used in maintaining social order and security.
