DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE ECONOMY OF THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract

Private economy is an economic component based on private ownership of means of production, making an important contribution to socio-economic development. This paper presents a study on the process of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party leadership of private economic development since 1997. The study aims to make an important contribution to point out the advantages, limitations and causes of advantages, limitations and practical experience in the leadership. Research methods are based on analysis and evaluation of documents, data, reports, documents of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee as well as Thai Nguyen Statistical Office. This research result would be an important basis for Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee to propose specific guidelines and solutions to promote the development of private, effective, sustainable economic development and to tap the potentials. As a result, local strengths and private economy can become an important driving force for the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province.
