Abstract

Writer Ngoc Giao who has written many valuable works for modern Vietnamese literature. The world of characters in Ngoc Giao prose diversity have contributed to a more complete depiction contemporary social appearance. However, literary career as well character world  in Ngọc Giao prose There is still a need for more research. Through surveys, statistics, analysis and comparisons the character world in Ngọc Giao prose, we initially noticed: With inspiring tragic compassion, prose Ngoc Giao depicted the image of an aspiring intellectual  but life is not stable; intellectuals fall into tragedy not adapted to a busy, complicated urban life; intellectuals are victims of alienation and temptation; intellectuals dare to come to the new, naturally expresses the need for entertainment, entertainment and especially showing love; intellectuals have many concerns about life.
