EVALUATION OF REAL SITUATION OF STATE MANAGEMENT OVER MINERAL EXPLOITATION IN TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE

Abstract

Tuyen Quang is a province with diverse mineral resources. Mining activities in the province currently focus on 14 main types. The paper focuses on assessing the status of state management of mineral exploitation in Tuyen Quang province, approaching according to the management process: promulgating and implementing policies and regulations on implementing plans and plans. mineral exploitation plan, the work of organizing the state management apparatus on mineral exploitation, the actual situation of elaboration of mineral exploitation plannings and plans, the current status of inspection, examination and propagation work , common law. The main methods used in this study include secondary data collection, field surveys and sociological surveys. The study can be used as a reference for other studies on mineral resource management.
