Studying the graphite search and exploitation activities of capitalists in Lao Cai, the author uses historical and logical methods, analytical and general methods to study the following contents: the cause of the world market. world needs graphite materials; The establishment of Indochina Graphite Company; analyzing the need to build a graphite ore processing plant; Graphite production and export in Lao Cai from 1924 to 1928. This research result is an important basis for the author to study the graphite mining activity of French capital in the years 1934 to 1945.
