Abstract

Kim Quan is one of the extremely difficult communes of Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang province.

Over the past years, Kim Quan commune has encountered difficulties in the implementation of the national target program on new rural construction. Among the unsatisfactory criteria, the criteria for Environment and food safety is one of the most difficult criteria to implement. The paper presents the results of the situation analysis, proposing solutions for the implementation of the criteria of Environment and food safety in Kim Quan commune. The author used methods of data collection and processing, field investigation methods, expert methods, assessment methods. The research results have analyzed natural, socio-economic conditions; analyzed and assessed the current status of environmental and food safety criteria in Kim Quan commune. Evaluation results have shown that 3/8 of the unsatisfactory contents of the criteria have been established, thereby establishing a scientific basis to propose appropriate solutions.
