STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF DONG THAP UNIVERSITY ON STUDENT SATISFACTION

Abstract

The study aims to examine the impact of social responsibility of Dong Thap University on student satisfaction. In order to do this study, the authors improve the target group dissertation (01 group of 07 lecturers and 01 group of 07 students) to adjust the scale and then directly interview 400 students studying at field (simple stratified and random sampling method is applied) for the quantitative research phase. Besides, the method of data analysis chosen by the authors is to evaluate the structural equation model according to the partial least squares method with the support of SmartPLS 3.0 tool. Research results have shown: Internal Management and society have a direct influence on social responsibility of Dong Thap University; Social responsibility of Dong Thap University has a direct impact on student satisfaction. Besides, in this study, no direct relationship between teaching and research activities and social responsibility of Dong Thap University has been found.
