EFFECTS OF LAND ALLOCATION, LAND LEASE AND ISSUANCE OF LAND USE RIGHT CERTIFICATES ON SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF PHO YEN TOWN

Abstract

Land management is an important content in the management of the State and this is also one of the factors that strongly affect socio-economic development. In particular, the work of land allocation, land lease, and issuance of land use right certificates is an important factor and has a strong impact on socio-economic aspects. To see that impact clearly, this study used sociological survey method to survey 3 regions of Pho Yen town with different land users from 2019 - 2020. The research results show that: The degree of influence of land allocation, land lease, and issuance of land use right certificates on the process of urbanization and industrialization, Infrastructure development, Income and people's living standards, increasing employment opportunities and reducing poverty rate are the highest (reaching the index 3.88 – 4.17). The indicator of attracting investment capital is affected at an average level (3.26 – 3.36). From these assessment results, it is necessary to have solutions to strengthen the development of land allocation, land lease, and issuance of land use right certificates in the locality.
