Abstract

The article deals with the issue of vocational training, creating sustainable livelihoods for ethnic minorities in 135 regions of Thai Nguyen province. The study uses analytical methods qualitatively based on secondary data and survey results of 150 households in communes in region 135 of the province. Research results show that the majority of households do not have a stable livelihood. Most of the households share a common livelihood of simple agricultural production, Production is mainly based on folk experiences left by previous generation. The production method is still backward, the labor level is low, scientifics technical achievements have not been applied to production, so has not yet brought about high economic efficiency. so life is still difficulty. Therefore, vocational training activities, creating livelihoods for ethnic minorities in region 135 is the right direction and brings long-term effects, stabilizing the lives of ethnic minorities in this area.
