THE LEADING OF COMMUNIST PARTY COMMITTEE OF TRUNG KHANH DISTRICT, CAO BANG PROVINCE TO DEVELOP COMMERCIAL ECONOMY AND TOURISM FROM 2010 TO 2020

Abstract

When applying the communist Party's policies of industrialization and modernization into practice, each locality has identified its own strengths. As a border mountainous district, Trung Khanh district, Cao Bang province has two areas of strength which help create breakthroughs in socio-economic development, namely border trade and tourism. Through the use of documentary and field research methods, the article aims to study the policy and analyze the results of trade and tourism development of Trung Khanh district in the period 2010 - 2020. Research results show that the policy and direction of the district Communist Party Committee with the development of trade and tourism has brought many positive results. People’s material and spiritual lives have been raised. The commercial and tourism development of Trung Khanh confirms that the Communist Party's policy of industrialization and modernization have been implemented correctly in accordance with the development of commodity production. Thereby, the article contributes to provide practical arguments for the planning of local guidelines and policies in the next period.
