USING THE FOLK RIDDLES OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN PRESCHOOLS IN NORTHERN MOUNTAINOUS AREA

Abstract

In this research, the cultural approach method, the systematic method, survey method, in-depth interview method and mathematical statistical methods were used to analyze the use situation and propose directions to use folk riddles of ethnic minorities in educational activities in preschools. The research results show that the majority of preschool teachers in the northern mountainous ethnic minority areas have understood the role of using folk riddles of ethnic minorities in preschools and have used folk riddles of ethnic minorities relatively effectively in preschool activities. However, there are still a few teachers who have incomplete awareness about the importance of using folk riddles of ethnic minorities in preschools and have never put this part of folklore into use in preschools. From the survey results, the authors suggest a direction to use folk riddles of ethnic minorities in preschools. These are suggestions to help preschool teachers use ethnic minority folk riddles more effectively and often in their workplaces.
