IMPLEMENTATION OF “MODIFYING THE WAY OF WORKING” IN THE CURRENT PERIOD

Abstract

The work "Modifying the way of working" was written by President Ho Chi Minh in a special period when Vietnam was in a situation of "thousands of pounds hanging by a hair", in two days, the enemy sent Vietnam three ultimatums which forced Vietnam to lay down weapons, but apparently, they forced the Vietnamese to take up arms to protect the country’s independence and new government. The more arduous the long-term resistance war became, the higher the requirements for the Party's fighting power were. To promptly correct the Party and criticize its shortcomings and mistakes, the work "Modifying the way of working" was born to amend the working style of the Party. Using documentary research, historical method, logical method, analytical and synthesis method, this research aims to contribute to highlighting the meaning and topicality of the work. The results of the study also clarify the necessity of applying and promoting the value of the work "Modifying the way of working" in building and correcting the Party and political system of Vietnam today.
