THE PARTY COMMITTEE OF THANH HOA PROVINCE HAS BEEN LEADING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF OCEAN TOURISM FROM 2010 TO 2020

Abstract

Development of ocean tourism is the trend and model of any region or country that has advantages from the sea. The article focuses on clarifying the leadership process of the Party Committee of Thanh Hoa province on the economic development of ocean tourism. When researching on this topic, the author has assessed the potential and strengths of Thanh Hoa province's sea area, deeply clarified the leadership and direction role of Thanh Hoa’s Party Committee and government on developing ocean tourism, identifying it as a spearhead economic sector in order to effectively promote the Party's policy, guidelines and practical conditions of this province. The article outlines the achieved results, the remaining aspects, draws lessons from history in the process of leading and directing the growth of sea tourism in Thanh Hoa. The author uses historical and logical research methods to collect information and data on the growth of sea tourism of Thanh Hoa agencies and localities. The results confirm the correctness and creativity of the Party Committee of Thanh Hoa province in leading the economic development of ocean tourism. The internal structure of the ocean economic sector, in which the ocean economic sector has had a positive shift in line with the orientation of the Party Committee of Thanh Hoa province, has greatly contributed to economic growth and budget revenue of the province's banks, improve the lives of people in the coastal areas. The article is also a scientific basis for conducting further studies related to growth of ocean tourism.
