SOME RESULTS AND PRATICAL EXPERIENCES AFTER 20 YEARS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 13 OF THE 5th CENTRAL CONFERENCE TERM IX (03-2002) ABOUT CONTINUING INNOVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCING EFFECTIVE COLLECTIVE ECONOMY

Abstract

Collective economy with the major component as cooperatives plays especially important economic part in providing and enhancing workers’ lives, contributes to reduce distinction between the richness and the poverty, inequality in the society, especially in rural areas. The development of the collective economy contribute to protect the environment, ensure national security, implement steady and fast developing targets of the nation. On the basis of Resolution 13, the Party and the State had many undertakings, mechanisms, polices to develop collective economy which brought many positive results, not only contributed enormously to national economy but also brought a lot of benefits for people and society. By the method of synthesis, data analysis and processing, this article shows several results in 20 years of innovation, development and enhancing effective collective economy, at the same time, demonstrating the Party's correct awareness of the important role of the collective economy in the country's economy. This research result contributes to continue developing and enhancing effective collective economy in the coming time.
