THE SITUATION OF FOSTERING EDUCATIONAL CAPACITY FOR TEACHERS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN CAO BANG CITY, CAO BANG PROVINCE

Abstract

Educational competence is an important competence of teachers especially for primary school teachers. Education capacity building activities have been implemented to enhance the knowledge and skills so that a teacher can improve his or her educational capacity meeting new requirements. The article conducted a survey for 205 administrators and teachers in 06 primary schools in Cao Bang city, Cao Bang province to collect information about the situation of fostering educational capacity for teachers in primary schools in cao bang city, cao bang province. The research results have drawn the following conclusions such as improving the knowledge on policy of education and training in the new context and proposed 04 measures to improve the effectiveness of fostering the educational capacity of primary school teachers in Cao Bang city, Cao Bang province.
