THE LEADING OF COMMUNIST PARTY COMMITTEE OF LOC BINH DISTRICT, LANG SON PROVINCE TO DEVELOP TOURISM FROM 2015 TO 2020

Abstract

Loc Binh is one of the districts with potential for tourism development of Lang Son province. The development of the district's tourism economy received the attention and direction of the Party Central Committee, the Government and the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee. The Party Committee of Loc Binh district has deeply grasped these guidelines into the district's tourism development. Through the use of historical and logical methods, document research and fieldwork, the article aims to study the policy and analyze the results of tourism development of Loc Binh district in the period 2015 - 2020. The research results show that the policy and direction of the district Party Committee on tourism development has brought about many positive changes in tourism as well as in a number of other fields. Loc Binh's tourism development proves that the creative application of the Party's policy to local reality is correct and appropriate. Since then, the article contributes to providing practical arguments for the planning of local guidelines and policies in the next period.
