ASSESSMENT OF COMPENSATION FOR SITE CLEARANCE “PROJECT V RING ROAD IN HANOI CAPITAL AREA” SECTION IN PHO YEN TOWN, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The article studies the compensation for site clearance of "Project V Ring Road in Hanoi capital area" in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province. The study applied the survey method to collect primary and secondary data on compensation for site clearance work at the project. Research results show that the project had carried out site clearance for 164,538.10 m² of land with 402 objects being compensated. Total compensation cost for the project was 83,876,928,421 VND, of which land compensation was 12,488,305,500 VND, compensation for property and architectural objects on land was 69,325,967,021 VND and compensation cost for trees and crops was 2,062,655,900 VND. The satisfaction level of the compensated people was over 90%, the low compensation price compared to the current market price was the main unsatisfied ideas. Since then, the author has proposed solutions such as propaganda to raise awareness for the people, formulating compensation unit prices to match actual prices in order to improve the efficiency of compensation and site clearance work in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province.
