APPLICATION OF MICROSTATION V8I SOFTWARE AND VIETMAP XM SOFTWARE TO ESTABLISH A MAP OF THE CURRENT STATE OF LAND USE IN 2023 FROM THE CADASTRAL MAP OF HOANG VAN THU WARD OF THAI NGUYEN CITY TO IMPROVE LAND MANAGEMENT IN THE 4.0 ERA

Abstract

In the 4.0 era, the application of digital technology to build and map the current status of land use is essential for Hoang Van Thu ward, Thai Nguyen city. This study aims to collect statistics of the land use area, build a map of the status of land use in 2023 on MicroStation V8i and VietMap XM software with high accuracy, convenience, reduced mapping time compared to other software with low cost. The study used three methods: Survey, collecting data on maps, land types, areas.., methods of mapping by MicroStationV8i and VietMap XM software; and methods of analyzing and processing data by Excel software for area statistics, calculation of structure and land use purposes. The research results supplement materials for researchers on the application of software to build digital maps, provide digital databases for wards and neighboring localities. The ward's 2023 land use status map is a document for land use planning, fluctuation tracking, and effective land management.
