This research endeavors to propose solutions for integrating Industry 4.0 technology into the teaching curriculum for students enrolled in the Faculty of Tourism at Phenikaa University. The author employed data collection methodologies, including in-depth interviews and a sociological survey conducted through questionnaires administered to 200 tourism students, followed by comprehensive analysis. Research findings underscore that Phenikaa University is highly esteemed for its robust technical infrastructure, the quality of instruction delivered by faculty members, and students' adeptness in assimilating technological advancements. The university has implemented a software system to support select online courses and assesses students' academic performance through a surveillance camera system. However, for specialized courses within the Faculty of Tourism, there remains a shortfall in practical support software and a limited investment in modern technological devices. Hence, proposed solutions for integrating Industry 4.0 technology into the teaching approach for students in the Faculty of Tourism at Phenikaa University include the application of virtual reality technology, integration of ChatGPT, utilization of management software for practical training support, incorporation of big data applications, and the introduction of autonomous vehicles in Phenikaa tours. This proposal aims to contribute to the enhancement of teaching effectiveness for students within the Faculty of Tourism at Phenikaa University and, by extension, enhance the overall quality of higher education institutions nationwide, meeting the demand for high-quality human resources in society.
