Abstract

The article analyzes the role of education and training in improving the quality of human resources for the sustainable development of the country. This shows that: education and training contribute to improving the knowledge of human resources; contribute to improving the moral quality of human resources; contribute to improving the life skills and labor skills of human resources; contribute to improving the physical health of human resources.
