Applying the principle of unity between theory and practice to the development of Vietnam’s commercial law in the renovation period

Abstract

Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee affirmed that commercial law is an important element, strongly affecting the country's development process, however, the work of building commercial law is showing many limitations. Based on the application of the principle of unity between theory and practice, this article reviews the process of building Vietnam's commercial law in the renovation period, thereby proposing appropriate solutions to overcome the shortcomings.
