Harmonious and effective management of culture’s internal relationships in light of Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW

Abstract

This article analyzes the intrinsic relationships of culture in the spirit of Resolution 
No. 80-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing Vietnamese culture in the new period. These 
include the relationships between “construction” and “resistance,” tradition and modernity, 
national and international dimensions, preservation and development, tangible cultural life 
and digital cultural space, as well as open data and the safeguarding of digital cultural security 
and sovereignty. Properly understanding and effectively managing these relationships is of 
significant importance for promoting cultural strength and affirming the position and stature 
of Vietnamese culture in the new era.
