Improving the quality of political theory training for local cadres and party members to contribute to defending the Party’s ideological foundation in the new situation

Abstract

Faced with the need to build and rectify the Party and protect the Party's ideological foundation in the new situation, one of the aspects that need attention is to improve the quality of political theoretical training for cadres and party members, especially are local officials and party members. This article clarifies the importance, current situation and proposes some solutions to this issue.
