Abstract

Talking about the human factor is essentially also talking about people, but people are considered as independent, positive, proactive, and creative subjects in perception and practical activities. important driving force promoting the development process of each nation. Based on theoretical and practical analysis, the article summarizes a number of lessons learned in promoting Vietnamese human factors to contribute to building and developing a prosperous and happy country.
