Law on Protecting Consumer Rights in Vietnam for Form Contracts

Abstract

The article was conducted to provide a comprehensive picture of the current state of law enforcement in Vietnam on protecting consumers’ rights regarding standard form contract. Therefore, add a number of solutions to help limit risks, improve feasibility, transparency, and efficiency for consumers in entering into and implementing standard form contract.
