Developing an Information System to Manage Business Connections and Support Employment for Students at University of Phan Thiet

Abstract

The article mentions the construction of a management information system connecting businesses and supporting activities for students at Phan Thiet University. In today’s context, connections between businesses, schools, and students play an important role in the process of transforming work protocols and opportunities. We researched and built the system to enhance the job search process for student users, providing them with a friendly, intuitive, convenient interface and an effective information management system. The article also emphasizes the project’s benefits for all three parties and mentions the detailed website development method of the Business Connection Information Portal, which supports student employment. Specifically, building this system promises to help students find a job suitable to their ability level, thereby providing better working opportunities for students and supporting businesses in finding suitable personnel for job needs as quickly as possible. Simultaneously, assist the school in compiling a list of essential data to generate reports on students’ employment circumstances post-graduation, 
as this will aid in making accurate and timely decisions. Consider updating training programs to enhance their quality and fulfill the market’s demand for human resources.
