Completing the Legal Environment to Encourage Creative Start-Up Enterprises in the Tourism Industry

Abstract

This article studies the current legal environment to encourage Creative Startups in Vietnam for the tourism industry, especially after the Covid-19 epidemic and on the basis of implementing the Party’s policies from Document XIII Congress. From there, the article outlines recommendations for enhancing the law and the practice of implementing legal regulations for creative startups in the tourism industry.
