Evaluation of control environment at medical treatment and pharmaceutical product firms in Vietnam

Abstract

The medical and pharmaceutical equipment business is growing strongly to meet the requirements of care and prevention of diseases to protect human health. The number of these enterprises is increasing and their products are also increasingly diversified. Thus, they contribute significantly to Vietnam's economic development. However, enterprises are trading in medical equipment and pharmaceutical products in Vietnam have not really pay attention to internal control system. An effective internal control system will help these enterprises a lot in business, increase the strengths and enhance the competitiveness of the unit for integration and development.
