IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF INSPECTION AND MONITORING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN NGHE AN PROVINCE

Abstract

The article analyzes the current situation of business inspection and supervision in Nghe An: there are still overlaps, limited staff capacity and lack of coordination. The author proposes solutions: perfecting legal regulations; applying information technology in supervision; improving capacity and public ethics for staff; strengthening inter-sectoral coordination; organizing surprise inspections, making information transparent; encouraging businesses to take responsibility for themselves. The goal is to create a fairer and more effective business environment for Nghe An province.
