Improving state management of customs over export processing enterprises in ThaiNguyen province

Abstract

 The Thai Nguyen Customs Sub-department is the sole state agency in the province responsible for customs management. Through practical surveys and the management of export processing enterprises in Thai Nguyen province, the authors observed that the effectiveness of customs management for the export activities of these enterprises has not yielded satisfactory results. There are still several limitations, such as gaps in state customs management for export processing enterprises, leading to potential risks of fraud and smuggling. Additionally, there are challenges in understanding and complying with regulations on state management of goods export and import within the specialized categories of export processing enterprises. Therefore, it is crucial to refine state customs management for export processing enterprises.
