DEVELOPING THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN VIETNAM: VIEW FROM THE AUDITING PROFESSION

Abstract

The paper analyses the achievements of Vietnamese auditing firms since 1991 as well as their current limitations and future challenges. Then, the author suggest recommendations for developing Vietnamese auditing firms in both quality and quantity aspects so as to meet requirements of the integration economy in Vietnam.
