Green transformation, digital transformation in a circular economy to improve the productivity of integrated factors in Việt Nam

Abstract

The article presents an overview of building green cities, smart cities and sustainable development cities. Proposing ideas that need to be cautious when creating smart cities in our country, because currently cities in our country do not have enough minimum basic conditions in terms of financial, material, human and system infrastructure of information and communication system compatible with a smart city. If we rush to build a smart city, then we will be at risk. On the contrary, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of green cities for sustainable city development, because this is a strategic goal, a millennium goal and a prerequisite and basic condition for sustainable development. The author has proposed the unified criteria for building sustainable- green cities in Vietnam, necessary measures to develop sustainable-green cities in our country.
