Assessing the feasibility of establishing agricultural land funds by land availability development organizations

Abstract

Accumulation to create the agricultural land fund for the large scale production, limit the abandonment of agricultural land is an essential direction in the effective agricultural land management and use in Vietnam. However, when investors accumulate land, they face with many problems. Investors want to implement the land accumulation for the large scale production through representatives of the State Agencies. The study and assessment of the current situation and the ability to create the agricultural land fund through leasing land use rights, receiving land use rights transfer, and receiving agricultural land use rights consignment from the Land Fund Development Organization is very necessary and this is one of the new points of the Draft Land Law (amended).
