Abstract

  Preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritages in the development of a dynamic city like Ha Long city is extremely necessary. The historical relic and scenic area of ​​Bai Tho Mountain is an important national relic of Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province, not only a majestic and poetic work of nature but also a historical and cultural witness of this land. Preserving and promoting the value of this relic site is extremely important in preserving traditional historical and cultural values, educating and arousing national pride, and contributing to enriching the tourism products of Quang Ninh. This study focuses on analyzing the values ​​of the national relic site, conservation activities, value promotion and landscape and environmental protection activities at this heritage site. On that basis, propose solutions to effectively conserve and promote the values ​​to serve sustainable tourism development, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
