Abstract

In the process of land management and use, there are always fluctuations in information related to land: such as owner, area, shape, size, type of land, certificates, properties attached to land, etc. In addition, there are fluctuations of other factors that are not parcels of land such as linear works (transportation, irrigation), other geographical factors. Therefore, the cadastral records should always be updated with the changes of land. As a result, the State performs the function of correcting initial information and correcting land changes in a timely manner. The adjustment of land fluctuations is one of the important contents in the state management of land. In order to effectively manage the land fund, understanding the level of land use in the locality requires updating information fully and accurately reflecting the actual status of land use through the registration, correction and updating of land changes in the cadastral records. Most of the above-mentioned land changes require updating and adjusting changes in maps and cadastral records to serve the state management of land. The adjustment of changes in maps and cadastral records to ensure that they are always consistent with the current land use situation is a mandatory requirement and is one of the important contents in the state management of land. The update of changes must be regular, continuous and timely to ensure that the information stored in the cadastral records is accurate and consistent among all levels of management.
