Reforming state owned forest and farm land management and proposed orientations

Abstract

The arrangement and renewal of organizations and management mechanisms for state-owned agroforestry enterprises is an issue that has been concerned by the Party and State for many years. The article delves into the evaluation of the process of forming, reorganizing and renovating state-owned agro-forestry farms in the period 2004 to 2014 and from 2014 to 2020, thereby recommending solutions to achieve the goals set by the Decree.
