SHIP DEMAND AND FREIGHT MARKET INDEX FOR VIETNAMESE SHIPOWNERS OIL PRODUCT TANKER FLEET

Abstract

The paper suggests some methods to estimate the demand of Tanker fleet and the Vietnam Tanker Freight Index in order to support maritime transport business to reduce the risks to Vietnamese shipowners in investments and operations of the oil product tanker fleet in the condition of the unstable market information.
