RESEARCH ON EPR MODEL APPLIED IN SOME COUNTRIES AND THE APPLICABILITY OF THIS MODEL IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is not new but new in Vietnam. In this concept, the state clearly stated that producers have to be responsible financially or physically for the environmental related consequences along the life cycle of their products. This paper introduces EPR models in some countries and assesses applicability in Vietnam.
