ENHANCED SOLUTIONS FOR VIETNAMESE SEAFARER’S LABOR RIGHT BASED ON ROCCIPI

Abstract

Recently, the legal documents concerning the seafarers and trade union law in Vietnam is appreciated highly. Nevertheless, there has been a lack of harmonization between the trade union law in general and the seafarer’s law in particular to resolve the adequacy of the trade union establishment. This article used the Roccipi to recommend legal technical solution on the subject of enhancing the trade union value in the relationship between seafarer, shipowner and trade union establishment.
