INVESTIGATING FACTORS AFFECTING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ACTIVITIES IN LOGISTICS COMPANIES IN HAIPHONG AREA

Abstract

In many industries, digital transformation operations are producing outcomes that exceed expectations; yet, the process of applying digital transformation in the logistics industry is still slow complicated with difficulties. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence plans for digital transformation in logistics firms. The study used quantitative research methodologies on 283 survey individuals who were logistics managers. Data analysis results suggest that governmental pressure and standards pressure have a major influence on digital transformation activities at these organizations. The study's findings have substantial significance for functional managers.
