SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT BY BUS IN HAI PHONG

Abstract

The article studies the current status of public passenger transport by bus in Hai Phong city. Survey of infrastructure, bus transport businesses, and management procedures of state management agencies for this form of transport. Analyze actual collected data. On that basis, propose some solutions to develop this form of transport, improve service quality, attract and meet the travel needs of people now and in the future.
