Abstract

Self-learning is one of the factors determining the quality of education and training at medical colleges. Project-based teaching/learning from the perspective of self-learning through the process of teaching organization in four steps: (1) Promotion of learning motivation; (2) Project-based learning planning; (3) Project implementation; (4) Project evaluation. Project-based teaching/learning also helps teachers orient the role of organization, support, evaluation, and encouragement of students’ initiative and creativity in learning. Thence, it forms and develops self-learning capacity for students
