THE NEED FOR SELF-EXPRESSION AMONG STUDENTS OF THE VIETNAM WOMEN’S ACADEMY

Abstract

The paper highlights the current situation of the need to express oneself in the need for self-affirmation of students of the Vietnam Women’s Academy. According to the research results in 2023 in the research topic at the Vietnam Women’s Academy level, it shows that: The need for selfaffirmation of students of Vietnam Women’s Academy was assessed as average. In which, the need to express oneself is assessed quite highly by students. The need to express oneself is most expressed in the need to express creativity in learning, communication and social activities, followed by the need to express decisions in learning, communication and social activities, and finally the need to express capacity in learning, communication and social activities. The adoption of some strategies like group activities and personal psychological counseling for the students can help develop and promote their need for self-expression
